Is Core-i5 2300 still considered a good cpu??

I know it's a little old but I've had no problem playing GTA 5 with this. But many times, the CPU usage rises all the way upto 95 and more. So will it still hold up?? I mean, can I play any game with this if paired with the gtx 1050 Ti

Still a good chip but you may need to turn doan some gaming settings with the 1050 to make it run smoothly

The 2300 is still fine, although it isn't amazing anymore. Pair it up with a 1050 ti, maybe 1060 or something from AMD eg. RX460/470
