Solution
You'll be fine. an i5 will be good with a gtx 1060

The I5 3570 is much better than the minimum CPU listed on AAA games that come out now. It's not as good as the recommended CPU which is usually the 3770K. But you'll be fine to pair the 1060 with your CPU.
I'm still using an Intel 3570K along with an EVGA 780ti and 16 Gb RAM. There does not seem to be any problems playing all games at max settings. Only problem I did encounter was that I would have to upgrade my GPU for any VR or AR use.

Oky is xeon x6580 3.33 ghz good than i5 3570

@osama_15
Sorry, I don't have any experience with the Xeon line of Intel processors.

ok thansk just tell me how to fix game slow running i hv i5 3570 but gta v run smooth recently but now it is running slow and battlefield 1 is also running slow it also ran smooth recently

One vital question is whether your gaming session starts out OK then slows down after a bit, or whether it's slow from the start. Does this slow down also happen to other programs (like YouTube, Twitch, etc.)?. Try running a diagnostic program or a monitoring program to see what your temperatures are like (I personally use the 'Cupid HW Monitor' program, but most others are just as good).
It sounds to me like your CPU is throttling down because of excess heat. Are you using air or liquid cooling? (Different fixes can apply depending on which method of cooling you have).

Thanks for the info osama_15.
It sounds like your CPU is throttling down due to excessive heat. If your rig is air cooled, then make sure that your cooling fans are working like they should and that your air filters are clean. If your rig is liquid cooled then ALSO make sure that your coolant pump is working and that any inline liquid filters are clean.
Use of canned air or even blowing through a drinking straw will help with cleaning out any dust or other blockages in your cooling fins/radiators.
If liquid cooled, also check to see if the fins located inside your cooling block may be clogged with debris (you have to take the block apart). This happens sometimes when/if the cooling solution breaks down or if the radiator(s) weren't rinsed out well before use.
Ensure that your CPU cooling fan or water block is seated snuggly. Sometimes vibration [over time] will loosen these up causing poor heat transfer from the CPU to your cooling system.
If your computer use to run great but started overheating, it is possible that the THERMAL PASTE between the CPU and cooling fan/water block may need to be reapplied. But check everything else first.
AGAIN, you need to run a 'monitor' program to see what your 'idle' and 'load' temperatures are. Without this information, everything is still a bit of a guess as to what the problem may be.
