HDD : Western Digital 500GB / 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5'' (enough for me)

Yes, it will be enough. Corsair is known to make/rebrand high-quality units (except the ones whose model numbers start with a C).

Yes, but it is a bit overkill unless you want to SLI one day. you only really need a 650w or so.

I believe the seasonic is cheaper than the AX850.

Even 650 watts is enough for that build, no reason to go wtih 850w
