is corsair cs450m enough for i7

i m building a new pc. i just want to know that corsair cs450m http://
is sufficient for an i7-4690 http://. i have no plan to add a GPU right now. but if this psu is ok with cpu than what kind of gpu can b added.

It is enough for a system however if you'll get a gpu later its not ideal , 550W should be a safe bet.

Also avoid anything that starts with a C in the Corsair PSUs , generally they aren't ideal for overclocking and can fail under stress.
