I like to play games in high/medium settings in a 900p monitor. :)

CPU : i5 4440.

GPU : ASUS ROG GTX 1050 TI.

Will this CPU bottleneck this GPU?
Is Corsair CX 430 enough to handle this system?

Solution
PSU is enough but if you haven't already bought it there are better options.

That isn't how bottlenecking works and theres no blanket answer to that question (https://pcpartpicker.com/forums/topic/214851-on-cpugpu-bottlenecking-in-games). Don't worry about bottlenecking. Just care if CPU can deliver desired FPS (looking at your monitor resolution, I assume 60hz, so your CPU should be fine in most games but may cap at 50 - 60 in some modern AAA.), and if your GPU can also deliver that FPS at your desired graphical settings (should in most games).
