Is Corsair CX Series 750M a problem?

I bought this for my build and the corsair CX 750M power supply. But just recently I realized that this psu is not of very good quality. Is this psu enough for my build or should a I go buy another one? :/

Yes, you should go with another better quality power supply. You are using high-end components, and the Corsair CX 750M power supply will not due. It has basic safety circuitry and thin gauge wiring. Pick a tier 1 or 2 power supply: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html.

The CXM units are marginally better (if you can call it that) than the regular CX units.
That being said, they are very basic units. They have poor quality caps, low quality solder work, but do feature basic system protections. I wouldnt trust it to last long, but I would trust it to not damage anything when it does go out.

All and all, its not a problem per say, but I highly recommend something like an EVGA GS or G2 unit.

Very good scores. Extremely solid units (which is a great step up from the old RM series)
