is corsair gs600 will be good?

if my config will be:
intel core i5 4690k
gpu: msi nvidia geforece gtx 970 twin frozer 4gb ddr5
1 1tb wd cavier green hdd
1 2tb wd elements portable hdd
....
dont suggest me evga or xfx psu.... because i m from india west bengal and those psu are not available here... how will be corsair gs 600 80plus bronze certified non modular... will the seasonic s12II 620w will be better?

The GS is an older good. design. A tier 2 unit.
I have had one for 2.5 years now and have no problems or complaints.
The SeaSonic is also an excellent unit,Tier 1 using an older platform. Slightly more powerful with a little better warranty.
Go for the SeaSonic ,but either is a good choice.
