sure UPS will help with the wall voltage.
though:
1. PSU + UPS price = very good PSU
2. it does not solve power consumption jumps within the computer. like when you start a game, there could be well over 100w jump in power consumption compare to idle. and it constantly changes depending on the CPU and GPU load.
what is your PSU budget and where do you live ? there could be better PSU for the same price.
This is my first gaming PC build, I saved up some money to buy a decent Gaming PC.
When I started buying components, I didn't give much importance to the PSU, so didn't save much.
I live in India, my old pc had PSU problem and I remembered buying it offline for 600rs, ~ 10$. So I didn't expect the PSU to be costlier.
So I again saved some money and now my budget for PSU is 3500,
And in Amazon India, I am getting corsair vs450 for RS 3000.
Just after researching I understood, A good PSU is very important for a PC. Corsair i think is a reputable brand here, so I thought of buying a VS450. I have some other options too, there is an Indian brand called "Circle". It is very famous here but I don't know about the quality of their PSU.
