It will work. It's not the best PSU and I wouldn't overclock anything. But it should power that setup just fine.

It's not a matter of wattage. You don't need the 550W over the 450W. It's a matter of quality. The VS series isn't horrible, but it's not the best either. The VS450W has enough power to do what you want, it just doesn't have the best internals around. If you have it already it's safe to use. If you are buying a new PSU, I wouldn't get a VS period.
