is Corsair vs550 good for gtx 970 ?

Hi..

i have an i7-4790 , MSI H97 GAMING 3 motherbourd , MSI gtx 970.
and i have a Corsair VS550 PSU .. is it good for vidow card or should i get anther one for full performance ..
i might OC the card ,,

That's not what he said. He said if it didn't have them you could use an adapter with a 4-pin molex, but it was better to have support for both PCI-E cables right out of the box.

The VS550 PSU is enough power for your system. Heavy overclocking is not recommended with this PSU.

A good quality 550w psu from corsair should be ok, ideally pick a 600w+

Why not? it has over 500w available on the +12v rail and his whole system isn't going to pull more than 350 max

lol .. actually i spant all my money and could not affored a butter PSU .. but i killed my neighbor and stole his money and bought CS600 ..
