It's dead last in Corsairs lineup in terms quality , don't use it for SLI.

If your on a budget it has the specs to do so , but quality is lacking.

how about the corsair cx600? is it good? but quite expensive tho, i just stick to corsair products

For SLI neither VS or CX , weak capacitors , Saeasonic one linked above is good.

You need higher quality power for SLI.

For an SLI set up, I think you are better off getting the CS series instead of the VS or the CX. Price is still within reasonable range and can do 51A on the 12v.
