Is CPU-Z mistaking?

I oc'ed my E2140 FSB200 1.6GHz to (according to BIOS, POST and winXP), FSB333 x8 = 2.67GHz. But, according to CPU-Z my CPU is now running with a x6 multiplier.
Question is, is WinXP, BIOS and the POST mistaking or is it CPU-Z?

Put a load on it.

You probably have SpeedStep enabled which lowers the multiplier when it's not being used.
