I am using this website for a while for comparing CPU. Can I trust this website? And what is the meaning of the "Average CPU Mark"?

That's passmark. Its pretty good, but, because it says x% faster doesn't mean it will be x% faster in every workload.

I like passmark for comparing processors.
It not only gives you the total capability when all threads are fully busy, but it also gives you single thread performance which is most important for gamers and for desktop quickness.
The statistics are submitted by many users.

It is my go to when comparing processors, but I ignore their 'grade' they give a processor and simply look at the single thread performance and related number of cores/threads etc and make up my own mind.

Similarly, the techpowerup gpu database is good for gpu comparison.
