Then you are almost certainly OK. As said...that is a normal OS file. If it had been hijacked by a virus, it would be a different file size, and your AV would report it as such.
Again:
csrss.exe is a normal, expected file. Can it be hijacked? Yes, just like any other normal, expected, filename.
