Is cup gonna melt

So I'm not good pic builder

So I've seen video that cpu overheated and melted and cooked popcorn on it
Without fan cooler
Without fan cooler is it gonna melt right away?

no no it will not melt. PC should crash before it ever got close to those temperatures. but more importantly why would you not have a cpu cooler you have to have a cpu cooler.
