is cyber power respectable and god with customers?

thats basically it. I'm wondering if they honor they're customers because I want a UPS and I'm looking at a CP UPS to protect and cover my products.

Cyber Power UPS products have worked well for me over the past few years and have a very good reputation. APC and Cyberpower are the two big names in home UPS right now, and it's because they produce quailty products and take care of their customers.

They aren't bad. With the downturn of APC (in my opinion), they are the primary UPS manufacturer that I use. I buy through Staples at a physical store (sometimes I do order online, though), so I only have to deal with Staples if the UPS is defective.

I haven't had a problem with power issues going through the UPS and having to use the product guarantee (insurance) that the CyberPower UPS systems have, though.

According to a review here on Toms, the 1500VA CyberPower unit gets a "Best Enthusiast Value" award, see:
