is d-link dge-528t compatible for disk less set up internet shop?? what does it mean when they say Optional remote Boot ROM (p/n DGE-528R)? pls help

If your computer does not have built-in support for booting over network, you will need that BootROM for every board you purchase. You will also need PXE server (Windows or Linux server) to support disk-less booting, with preconfigured images for your particular hardware.

This is not a job for novice, you better contract someone who knows how it is done.
