Is dark rock pro 3 am4 mounting kit service still available?

So i have dark rock pro 3 which hasn't come with am4 mounting kit yet. I wanna get this mounting from here https://www.bequiet.com/en/contact/coolermounting. Is it still available? I don't really care if it's not longer free.

The only way really get an answer is to contact them.

Unfortunately, they may not even know..... 1st person says "Yes" and you go to order and someone else says "No"!

Still contact them and go from there. Ask about other sources as part of the conversation.
