Is the Gammaxx just as good as Cryorig H7... Considering Gammaxx for budget reasons
Unless you feel the Cryorig H7 is totally worth it.

Uhh, then if that's the case you still might want a better cooler than the gammaxx.

Cause you're going to be "effectively" overclocking (for the purposes of cooling) even if you actually aren't.
