[SOLVED] Is deepcool PF450 any good?

Looking for a budget PSU and i have found Deepcool PF450 for a good price, but I can't really find good reviews of this model! Does any one know if this PSU is any good?

80 plus white, and only a 3yr warranty. I would have to say no to that one.

The best characteristic is that it's not a bomb. For the rest it's a very outdated, low quality unit.

CPU g4560
Motherboard asus h110m-k
Ram 16gb
Ssd 256gb hdd 500gb seagate
Gpu zotac GeForce® GTX 970 Dual Fan
Random case no fans.
ill maybe later upgrade to i5 but for now the pc will have these specs
I live in Latvia and honestly this is the best thing I could find for the budget I have

in that list this model (PF450) would be the one in C tear or E tear?
