Is Dell E1916H good for gaming?

I am building a pc to play games.
I have bought the I5 4460 processor and GTX 750Ti graphics card.

I am buying this dell e1916h monitor.I want to know what's your oponions on this monitor?

720p is not great, but you look like you are on a budget, and the 750ti is not that great at 1080p. This Asus is cheaper and has a faster response time (5ms). i expect better build quality form Asus than Dell from experience.
