Hi guys I've just bought a ps4. Now i am looking to buy a new monitor. Is Dell s2216h a good monitor for ps4 gaming?

Excellent monitor! And an awesome price as well! I used to have a DELL 25" monitor, and it worked well for me. In fact, 8 years later, it's still working great on my moms PC.
I gave it to her when I got a 32" monitor.
You might want to check out DELL, you might be able to get a larger monitor that will still fit your budget.
