Is delta electronics old psu good?

Hi guys, i want to ask is this psu good http://microdream.co.uk/delta-electronics-dps-350ab-4a-psu-power-supply-atx-350w.html#.VdkF-SWqqko and if it can run a c2d pc.

the pc has
asus p5k se mb
e7500 cpu
2 gb ddr2 ram (2x1 gb)
hd 5770 gpu
1 hdd 3,5" 7200 rpm
wlan pci card
and 3 usb ports are used
it has no dvd rw or anything else.

It's an OEM model that was used in pre-built systems like HP, Dell, etc.

If the PSU is working correctly it should be able to handle your system configuration.

AMD recommends a 450w PSU(with a PCIe connector) for a 5770

The PSU you have is only 350w.

For game PC's you want at least a PSU in the top 2 tiers.

Why does the OP's link say that it has 6 Pin PCI Express in the PSU Connectors list? The picture of the connectors in that link also shows that it has a 75-Watt 6-pin PCI-E connector.

AMD's PSU recommendations are idiotic. They recommend a minimum of a 400W PSU for a Radeon HD 5450 that draws less than 20 Watts.

Delta Electronics is considered to be as good as or even better than Seasonic.

i would buy a tier 2 psu if i had money but as you can see i am on a tight budget
planing to upgrading on 2x2 gb ddr2 ram and the psu comes next
