Question Is device scape a reliable website to download drivers

I just bought a usb to hdmi adapter and it came with a mini disc with the driver but i have no way of downloading the driver from it so I am trying to find one online.

which brand and model?
don't know device scape, only driver scape
it's legit, but scan it with an antivirus scanner before installing
