Is Direct Canada even safe?

I want to know if that site is even legit because the site looks like a 1999 version of ebay
Here is the thing,
I want to buy a GTX 970 and an I5 6600k and also my Motherboard from there
Keep in mind this is a Canadian build and it's really expensive
I need a quick but brief answer if this site is good or not because I'm really spending a good amount of cash to join the pc master race, But I actually need an answer

DirectCanada is an NCIX sister company. they offer great prices on some items, but ncix comes out on top with sales many times.

I ordered some network cables from them and got them shipped from ncix

DirectCanada offers free shipping on orders over 50 dollars and under 25 pounds(if you want shipping insurance, you still have to purchase it.).

I am not sure if they have anything for lets say computer cases and such.

NCIX also offers many free shipping offers(on some sale items and sometimes for full orders.) so they are worth checking out too.
