11.2 is the DirectX version that Windows 10 Developer preview shipped with IIRC, and should have already updated to DX if you have a release copy of Win10 and compatible hardware.

Dx 11.2 was released on october 2013 for Windows 8.1
Dx 12 was released june 2015 for windows 10

As long as i known there are a lot of diferences between Dx11.2 and Dx12

No, it isn't. Although DirectX 11.3 is much more like DirectX 12 feature wise.
