[SOLVED] Is disabling the SCSI BIOS for Bootup and Plugging into the SATA ports directly okay?

I have a Dell Precision T7500, and I was wondering if it is okay that I moved the HDD over to the SATA connecters on the Motherboard and Disabled the SCSI BIOS and OS Loader?

Note: When I shut off the SCSI BIOS, I also set it to load from SATA 1, which the SSD is connected now too. The HDD was originally Attached to the SCSI SATA port and was loading windows incredibly slow, and installing programs slow. There doesn't seem to be much info on Disabling all of these features and switching the HDD/SSD over to SATA which is faster IMHO.
