I've been reading up on dual and triple monitor support, and I was wondering if dual 970's (EVGA ACX 2.0 with 4gb and dual fans) would be enough for 3 120hz 24" 1080p LED monitors?

Here's my current setup, although I may upgrade the psu.

Also, what would you recommend for an hdmi adapter? and what monitor would you recommend? For tv's/monitors, I usually go with whatever's cheapest unless the name I trust is less than a 25% price difference.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I will be playing demanding FPS and strategy games.
