Is Dual Core e5700 3.00GHz support in Asus H81-C mobo ?

i have a dual core e5700 3.00GHz processor and now i want to buy Asus H81-C mobo for me....is it support my processor ?

No. That is an LGA 775 socket chip, the h81 board is an LGA 1150 board. Your chip will not fit.

(you can however get a cheap pentium G3258 that will give you greatly enhanced performance for around $60 if you shop around, and that will fit onto that board. you may need new memory however. sounds like you're coming up on a new computer.)

No the CPU is Socket type LGA775 the motherboard socket type is 1150. When looking for a board read the specs and it will show the socket type for the CPU. Its an old prossesor so you may strugle to get a new board (second hand or reconditioned is more likely)
