Is dual Gpu's worth it?

I'm building a new rig and I wanted to know if it would be better to get a single gtx 780 ti or two gtx 770's. I am going to be using dual monitors for sure possibly three

If you going to game on the monitors then yes. I would get 2x GTX 770 4GB cards. Also if your going to game across multiple monitors you definitely want to have 3 vs. 2.

If your only going to game on 1 screen and use the other for multi-tasking then no. Get the GTX 780 ti.
