is duct tape conductive

Some of the bolts that screws on the back of the back plate on my motherboard to hold my heat sink on the mono and CPU are missing. I was wondering if I could use duct tape in place of the bolts that screw on the backplate.

Conductive or not, that is not a solution. Get the correct parts from the manufacturer.

its not conductive but might not be the best. hot glue works very well if it isnt around or right under the chip
