Is Duel core 2.70GHZ processor able to run RADON R9 280X ?
I have RADON HD 5450 can i get a GOOD result ?

Solution
G
Yes.

The 280X is much more powerful than the 5450, so you will get a VERY GOOD result :). Make sure your power supply can handle it.

Did you even read the whole thing? He can't run it if he keeps a dual core processor. He will have a MASSIVE bottleneck, unless it is a modern i3 which I HIGHLY doubt.

A "MASSIVE bottleneck", as you put it, doesn't mean the GPU won't work. He asked whether it will work or not, and not if it will have any bottlenecks, "massive" or otherwise.

Yes, I realise that but he will still be limited severely in most modern titles, even if his GPU isn't.

I completely agree with you, but that is his problem, for which he didn't ask a solution.

Q1: Would a 280X work with a mobo with a PCI-e slot?
A: Yes, given enough wattage.
Q2: Is a 280X more powerful than an HD5450, even with a dual-core CPU?
A: Yes, even with a dual-core CPU. The 5450 is a rather lowly budget-oriented card, so the jump in performance would be phenomenal, dual-core or not.
Q3: Would such a weak CPU bottleneck the 280X?
A: Very much so.
Q4: Would a more powerful CPU help?
A: Obviously.

He only asked Q1 and Q2, which you disregarded, and gave him answers to Q3 and Q4, which he undoubtedly needed to know, but didn't ask. Anyhow, I really don't see a need to argue this any further, and I'm sorry if I inadvertently offended you in any way.

What is bottleneck ? What is its Disadvantage ?

Bro i have a good power supply ... But is there any problem to run it ??

Bro you are right....
I just want to know Can i (Run or NOT) 280x on my Duel core processor ???? I have Good PSU also and DDR3 6 gb RAM......

I will buy AMD FX-8350 in future..... but till then i will have to run it on my Duel core processor......so that i ask this question to you all can i run now ??

Bottlenecking is where the card processes the data faster than the CPU can send it. The disadvantage is you get a fast expensive card but your framerate gets limited by your CPU
