Is ECS P67 H2 A3 (v1.0) motherboard compatible with ASUS R9 270?

yes it will work, but keep in mind that motherboard only have a PCI-E x16 v2 and not the v3.

Sadly it doesn't work. I have installed the VGA correctly, but the POST process fails at the VGA and monitor receives no signal. VGA works with other mobos, mobo works with other vgas, im screwed.

500 watt FSP Hexa PSU, bios updated to newest, problem still occurs.

500 watts is the minimum.... if you have any spare power supply or just borrow from a friend, something with higher wattage thern try this....put only the processor,memory and video card, then try to turn the pc on...
