[SOLVED] Is ERP Ready safe ? Please help.

So my pc is pretty good but I have one problem. Every time I turn it off the bottom light on my mouse is still on. plus the light that shows my mic is still on is on as well. So I think that mean power is still going through. I heard this could stop if you turn on ERP ready s4+s5. I just want to know if it is safe. Or can cause pc damage or performance issues.
Please help.
Also the reason im most worried is because I turn off my pc 3 or 4 times a day.

Its safe, but why bother with that?
just unplug the mouse and microphone, or cover them up with tape.

I have 2 SUPER bright lights on my monitors that shine even if the pc is off, i just put deodorant bottles infront of them.
