Is everything in order (RAM)?

For you who knows about these kind of things, please check this AIDA 64 screen of the memory & cache test.

It seems strange to me that the RAM's run at 800 MHz for some reason.

These are the RAM sticks:

Go into the BIOS and enable the XMP profile, it will probably be under the overclocking settings.
That will set the RAM to the speeds its supposed to be.

But even with the XMP activated, you will only see halve of the 2133Mhz as the frequency in AIDA and any other tool, cause that is the real frequency: DDR = Double Data Rate.

Thanks for the advice. The RAM performance has vastly improved, lower response times, about 1 GB/s faster writes, and so on.

Real frequency is bus frequency and it is spoken of as MHz, as shown in Memory Bus 1066.7.

Effective frequency is spoken of as DDR3, so as you can see in Memory Type, DDR3-2133.

With any memory above standard, ie better than DDR3-1600 CL11, it is necessary to manually input settings, or enable XMP if motherboard and CPU can support the RAM specifications. Once you do that, the memory can operate at optimal performance.
