Hi, I wanted to know if everything correctly fits in the case, and if I should change some components, thanks

CASE: thermaltake core v1
MOBO: MSI H110I Pro AC LGA 1151 (mini itx)
GPU: MSI gtx 1060 gaming X 6G (wanted to know if this one fits in the case, it's kind of big)
CPU: i5-6600
RAM: 16GB G.skill ripjaws V series 2x8 ddr4 2400 mhz (the mobo supports up to 2133 mhz, so I suppose the ram will underclock itself to 2133)
HARD DRIVE: 1 TB WD BLUE 7200 rpm 64mb cache 3.5 inch
SSD: Samsung 750 EVO 250GB 2.5" 250G SATA III
2x 80mm fans blue rosewill
1x 200mm fan coolermaster megaflow
PSU: 650W EVGA supernova 80+ gold

Total: 969$

It looks like a really good build. The biggest thing that stands out is the overkill psu. Your build only needs 450-550w and while there is nothing wrong with getting a 650-750 or even a 1000w psu, there is no reason to pay so much extra for one.

The 200mm fan that the case comes with is very good. I would not buy an expensive after market fan to replace it just for leds. You could buy led strips if you want the lights. I just want to point out that 80mm fans are going to be loud. You may or may not care.

I say skip the fans and get a more reasonable psu. You could put the extra money saved onto a better motherboard(B150 or H170) or bigger ssd.
