Is everything okay with my HDD?

I used HDtune and the result looks weird. Nothing strange going on to my pc everything working like its supposed to but that looks weird idk need a professional opinion.

what hard drive or how old? it looks abnormal but the intial high read speed with the fall off could be just stuff in the cache. 30mbs is kinda slow for most drives, 50 to 60 range would be a bit more normal for mechincal drives but again depends on the model
