Is Fallout4mobile legit?

So while browsing about youtube and watching E3 2017 I found a video afvertising an emulation of fallout 4 for your mobile phone.

The video showed what was basically an emulation of the full game and in the description had a link to this site.

My question is, is this legit? I ask this because it seems extremely suspicious. "A free copy of fallout 4? No money? For my phone? Not associated with the actual publishers? Sounds too good to be true."

My conclusion is that it's a scam.

Definitely a scam, a real company wouldn't showcase the consumer's IP like they do.
IP has downloaded the game. That is so unprofessional, but I guess it attracts.
