[SOLVED] Is Far Cry New Dawn stand-alone, or does it require another Far Cry game to run?

Yeah ND is a separate game with relating characters and events that happened in FC5. I suggest playing 5 first.

I had a ball with ND, it's really fun but it can be quite short if rush the story line. I recommend taking your time and doing side quests and other stuff the game has to offer.

Edit. Farcry5 is really good too.
