Question Is FAT32 okay to use for Windows Installation to a new hard drive and board?

I am incredibly paranoid right now as I am making sure that every. single. thing. that I am doing with this build will work. I am installing a SSD and Hard drive into my new build and I was just wondering when I put my Windows USB in whether it should be in FAT32 or something else, or is it just completely fine where it is... I know this is an annoying and probably stupid question but my anxiety has taken control since my failure of trying to build up the computer previously.

If you create the bootable media using the Media Creation Tool then you need not even think about formatting. It does it for you.
