Is Furmark Benchmark enough to tell that my gpu is fine?

I've been having issues with my pc lately only when playing games and gpu Benchmarking, I am pretty sure that it's either the gpu or the power supply as the problem only occurs when the pc is under load so i took it to a friend for a test and ran it for 10 mins straight and it looks pretty stable. Is 10 minutes of stress test enough to tell that my gpu is perfectly fine? What are your thoughts?

Please post the full specs of your PC below so i can come to a conclusion...

Replace the PSU. Yours is way too small for the pc you currently have.
