Dear guys,

I currently came across this site named G2A. It claims to be safe and I've also seen Pewdiepie support it along with some big names in Youtube. And the prices of games seems to be too low to be true. I was wondering if its safe to buy multiplayer or any game from G2A. I don't mind selecting verified buyer and even G2A shield. But will it really work if I purchase games like Playerunknownsbattleground,Mortal kombat X, overwatch etc?

Please help me decide.

While G2A and similar sites seems safe for buyers there has been a lot of questioning about how the sellers obtain their keys. There have been claims of keys sold being stolen or bought using stolen credit cards. When the prices are lower than what the publishers/distributors are selling them for to resellers you have to ask how did they get the key so they can sell it so cheaply. Now I have no evidence, just picking up on discussions and articles I have read but I am a believer that if it looks to good to be true, then......

I wouldn't use such a site and only buy from place I believe I can trust.
Heyo SaIadass

Personally I haven't had problems with G2A. I've bought games such as Tekken 7 and Ark: survival Evolved from there and haven't had anything go wrong. If I have to be completely honest though, I feel like the site is sketchy, although nothing have happen to me. Some of my friends also use G2A and doesn't complain either, but have more or less the same feeling about the website as I have.

Hope this cleared it up a little.
Cheers

Thank you for your reply buddy!

I think I need information more in depth to decide if I should go buy multiplayer games tho

G2A is safe. I have purchased single and multiplayer games with no issues. Make sure you get the shield which costs only a litttle however it will ensure you will get a refund if and issue come across. You can also sell games from there, if you scroll down the purchase page you can see other people selling it. To be on the sade side, get g2a shield and look if the sellers have sold a lot of genuine copies, then your good.

These sellers often sell some keys. However there are sellers that sell thousands who have recieved rating by other consumers. Even if you purchased a stolen key, and its not genuine, g2a shield will give you 24/7 support and it isnt your fault. I have purchased numerous games off of g2a and never had an issue. Just dont buy a key from a random guy with no ratings or previous sales history.

The customer rating is irrelevant, even if you buy a stolen key or one bought with a stolen credit card it most likely will work, even if it is blocked (maybe because it was reported as stolen) as you say they will send you another key.

Personally I don't like the idea of supporting criminal activity or anything which seem suspicious. I also like knowing that my money gets back to the publisher and while I'm playing the game I just bought legitimately some of my money is helping develop future games.

Is is relevant because the rating shows how many keys actually were successful. You dont want to purchase a key from hundreds of customers saying it was fake. You dont need to do research on the seller, the rating is on the screen it says 'purchase'

Its irrelevant to me, just because the keys work does not mean they were legally obtained by the seller and if they get blocked later how many people are going to remember to go back and change their rating.
