Question Is gamemax good?

Im planning on getting a new psu for my rig, is the gamemax vp 600 RGB good though, what tier list is it in and is it a reliable psu?

Where are you located and what sort of other brands do you have access to? I wouldn't pick that unit if you had something else in store. Also, how much is that unit going for?

Im in Indonesia and it cost around 41 $ or Rp 580k

If you want value, don't get an RGB PSU.

Think about it. RGB costs money, right? The fan. The button to control the RGB..... So if the PSU is "cheap enough" and it has RGB... where did the manufacturer cheap out to still make that PSU affordable?

I dint think of that, maybe ill just get a seasonic s12 ii 520 watt even though its gonna cost 18$ more. Better safe than sorry right?? 😂

What I'm asking is: If you're willing to spend $18 more than the Gamemax, what other options are there? Because I'm not convinced that for $59 the Seasonic is the best option without knowing your other options.

The 500W, right?

That's actually a better PSU. It's still DF, but unlike the Seasonic it has DC to DC for the +3.3V and +5V. So between the two, I would pick the U9.
