Is gaming pc good

Solution
Pretty good. PSU is fine as long as that rebate comes in. If it doesn't, you overpaid. Do you need the 16GBs of ram? I also stopped buying DVD drives. Bluray readers are minimum for me. Though I use my PC for nearly everything. I would also consider the R9 290x, though it's really a personal preference call.

you can change the case if you want. or get more case fan cooling.

also dropping the 780 to a R9 290 will give you $100 extra for your budget with very similar performance

I never like spending that much money on a PSU and still having only a bronze one.

Seasonic 550W G series. $87 shipped.

Rosewill Capstone 550W. $70 shipped.

Both of these are 550W gold rated units. Nearly the same 12V power output as the 620 (3A/36V less.) and will be cheaper to run in the long term. They will all be fine to use as long as you aren't doing any major overclocking.
