is gaming safe on an i3 notebook

hi i have an hp 250 g4 notebook which has an i3 4005u processor with no dedicated gpu.
so i like to game on this lappy and gpu-z shows temps of about 60-70 degrees
so i wanted to know will this greatly damage the lappy

That's not too high, normal for higher use in the CPU. Should not damage it but it won't play anything very well.
