is GeForce gt 730 2gb gddr5 gpu is fit for my budg8?

My Friend Bought A evga gt 730 2gb gddr5 from usa less than a year ago. He wants to sell it and get a r9 290. He is asking me to buy it for 5000 or 70 $. I have fx 6300 and 6gb ram with 1tb storage. Is it fit for my budget?

Or do you guys have any other gpu for max 70 $

That's a very low end card and likely didn't cost that much in US dollars when he bought it new depending on the model. Used I wouldn't pay more than 40-50 bucks for it if it's in very good condition. You won't be able to play many titles with higher than low-medium settings, depending on the title you may not be able to play it at all. It's a step up from most integrated graphics though. It will certainly work with your hardware but I'd save the money and get at least a GTX 750 or R7 250 at minimum.

Yeah, I'd go with the GDDR 5 as well. Most titles play better with the faster RAM over more of it. More RAM is better for higher resolutions and in general but given the choice I'd choose the faster option.
