is Geforce GT 730 compatible with my PC?HELP!!

I want to buy a nvidia geforce gt 730 and I don't know if it is fully compatible with my gigabyte g41 combo rev 2.0 LGA 775
My specs:
Motherboard : gigabyte g41 combo rev 2.0
CPU: Intel pentium dual core E5300@ 2.60 GHz
PSU: 500 W
Current GPU: Nvidia 9500GT 512Mb on 128 bit DDR2
RAM : 2 gb DDR2-800 MHz
Storage : WD BLUE 1TB
