is Geforce gtx 750 ti would be compatible with my PC?

my PC won't run some games, it requires some higher graphics card but I didn't know if GTX 750 ti is compatible with my pc. I would appreciate some helps.

CPU: AMD Athlon II x 2 250
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 8400gs DDR2
RAM: 4GB
PSU:600w
Motherboard:emx-amd880hd3-pro

I don't really know what should I do before I buy it cause i dont think it's compatible but I hope so.

Yes it is, however I would suggest getting a 1050, which is much newer
