Whats the difference between lets say Gigabyte/Asus/Pallit/Manli/Ino/Zotac RTX2060 6GB?
Is it really the same card??? There so many different prices.....

Imho they are all the same pcb card. The companies add on the bells and whistles, I.E. number of cooling fans, oc settings, rgb lighting etc. What I look at is reliability and length of warranty with lowest price. You can overclock the cheapest gpu of the same model up to any other pre-overclocked gpu that they charge more for. Don't forget to make sure your psu is up for the new gpu.
