Dear all,

I was build a new pc with this parts last night:

1. Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-Z270P-D3
2. CPU : Intel Core i7 7700K 4.2Ghz 8MB Cache s1151 - Tray
3. RAM: F4-2400C15S- 16GIS G.Skill Aegis 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz CL15 Kit (1 stick)
4. PSU : SeaSonic 600W Active PFC 80+ SS-600ET PSU
5. Cooler : CoolerMaster Hyper 212X CPU Cooler
6. Case : CoolerMaster K280 Mid Tower ATX Black Case No PSU
7. SSD : Samsung Evo 250 GB (I was use it for my laptop)
8. GPU: ZOTAC GEGORCE GTX 1070 Founders Edition

When I build it with manuals instructions systematically, the first time powered one, all okay, but cannot boot from my ssd (win 8.1 already installed),

When I Try to configure boot order and boot mode from BISO interface did not work, and did not boot from ssd!

I tryout to (activate secure boot from disabled to enable), request restart, immediately after this point, everything changed … every time trying to power one the pc they loop restart before BIOS screen, from 3-7 seconds, The screen did not show any thing! Moreover, no beep sounds!

I was try to remove the ram and when power on, I hear beep sound.

I was disconnect all things; SSD, graphic card, mouse, keyboard and no anything change!

I was try to remove the battery to 10 min and CLEAR CMOS, no any change.

I am witting a solution 

Regards

Solution
You need to perform a clean install of Windows on the SSD. The license is not transferable. Windows often will not boot right when moved from one computer to another.

Thank you, this is not big problem at now , i will reinstall new windows , the big problem is loop reboot before bios screen !
